ZG+ is definitely worthwhile. I would recommend it to regular members. Chat room could be improved by allowing members who are couples to enter chat and easily indicate male, female or both present to avoid confusion.

I'm a ZG+ member so really get the most out of the site, you could perhaps develop the hook up section of the forum to be more country/county or state specific. There might be some development possible for the video chat, which is great but perhaps limit the number of men (apart from ZG+ members) as it's a bit of a sausage factory sometimes.Amateur porn for the people, by the people.
